Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that your order has been accepted and a contract is made between us, subject to confirmation of payment and in accordance with our terms and conditions. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.
Delivery & Shipping
All our products include delivery within the UK , Europe and the Rest of the World. Goods are usually dispatched next working day, provided they are in stock. Goods going to UK addresses normally arrive 1/ 2 days after dispatch. Outwith UK, 5 - 10 days. Depending on the size and order value this will be either by Courier or first class postal service. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly. If you do not receive your goods within one week after placing your order please contact us.
How to place an order
- To place an order visit the shop by clicking the "Choose" button,
- Click the ''Add to cart'' button next to the item you wish to buy (remember to change the quantity if you wish to buy more than one of this item). An alert will appear on your screen confirming that the item has been added to your cart. Click OK on the alert.
- Repeat the above procedure for any additional items you wish to buy.
- When you have chosen all of your items, click the "Proceed to checkout" button at the bottom of the screen.
- Follow the onscreen instructions through the next few pages and make payment on secure payment pages which are hosted by PayPal. You will be given the opportunity to review and/or edit your options prior to payment.
Cancellation and returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this please e-mail us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense and in original packaging to protect against damage. We will refund the value of products and the outbound delivery cost. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

Additional to, and without prejudice to the 7 day cancellation period, if you do not determine, within 28 days of receipt, a discernable improvement in you golfing prowess/ability/expertise, resulting in either more consistency, better accuracy, more power, lower scoring, not withstanding diligent attempts to both achieve the above and to use Swingswot effectively, email us confirming the reason for your dissatisfaction, prior to returning the product to us undamaged for a full refund, less p/p costs. We offer this satisfaction guarantee which is additional to what you may expect elsewhere, on the basis we have every confidence that Swingswot will expedite your golfing progress - efficiently and tangibly.
Faulty goods
In the unlikely event of there being a problem with the goods, please contact us immediately and we will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
